174: How We Get Things Done

This episode runs 30 min, 51 sec.

Why is Task Management more important than ever? While many of us are still working from home, arguably we have even more to track. Are we only managing our personal to-dos? Delegating to our team? How can we keep an eye on bigger monthly/quarterly/annual goals? What about personal to-do items and reminders?

David and Josh share their own presonal approaches for how we get things done on a day-to-day basis.
